All rise! The Honorable now comes in
Let the record now reflect
The proceedings are set and will begin
And there are none who dare object

You are my witnesses, says the Lord
And who can cross-examine?
Exhibit A is a plow-share-sword
And Exhibit B, a famine

That I’ve loosed my people from bond and chain
There’s ample precedence
And I’ll deliver them over and over again
On their own recognizance

The evidence has been amassed
Now comes adjudication
His power is – and was – and will be – vast
He’s supra-legislation
